The Professional Transition Project (PTP)
If you want to change your job or profession, the PTP enables you to finance a
training course leading to a certificate or qualification in line with your career change. The training can be
taken on or off the job.

Employees on permanent or fixed-term contracts, temporary employees and entertainment workers (subject to certain
conditions)
Who pays for the training?
The funding body is Transition Pro, and your Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) is automatically mobilized.

The Resignation Scheme
The resignation scheme gives employees with permanent contracts the right to unemployment benefit when they resign in order to carry out: either a professional retraining project requiring training, or a business start-up or takeover project.

FAFCEA's mission is to organize, develop and promote training for heads of craft businesses, as well as for their spouses, partners and family assistants, and for those of them who are elected members of professional organizations. The FAFCEA contributes to the financing of this training.
