What training did you receive at SUPMODE?
I took the 3-year Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing & Design, specializing in Design.
What did you do after graduation?
I followed this up with a 6-month internship in Paris in wedding dressmaking, followed by a season as a waiter and then applied to join the Maison Hermès as a Table Artisans in Leather Goods (bags and small leather goods).
What position are you in today? What company are you with?
I'm currently a Table Artisan in small leather goods at Hermès.
What is the company's activity?
Hermès is a French luxury goods company operating in a variety of sectors, including leather goods, jewelry, ready-to-wear, perfumes, watches and porcelain.
What are your missions?
I can't answer this question in detail from a confidentiality point of view, but I do make different products from A to Z.
What advice would you give to future fashion students?
If you're passionate, ambitious and creative, go for it! It's a course that will make you discover new things every day, and you'll be able to target your future more effectively thanks to the various fashion-related subjects offered by the school. The instructors are always on hand to take you further. You'll gain in self-confidence, organization, creativity, attention to detail and much more! In short, if you're looking for your artist's touch, you've come to the right place. Hold on tight, it's going to be intense, but it's worth the detour, you'll grow 😉
