What's your mission?
My name is Rosa and I'm a second-year Bachelor student at SUPMODE.
I'm doing an internship at Asphalte in Bordeaux as a Design & Production Assistant.

See how a product is developed and learn about Asphalte's approach to creating a product that is designed for consumer comfort and built to last.
Who do you work with?
To contribute to these missions, I'm surrounded by Benjamin the Product Developer and Juliette the Model Maker.
What's your day-to-day life like?
My day-to-day work varies: I sometimes attend fittings, assemble prototypes, modify patterns, attend meetings with suppliers and make quotations.
What are your best memories of your internship?
What I loved about my internship was seeing what the different jobs involved, because from one company to another, job titles and missions vary.
I sincerely appreciate Asphalte for its philosophy: to create clothes that are well thought-out for consumers and made to last over time.
As far as model making is concerned, it was very enriching for the fastidious aspect of product development.
I also liked the development part, which is linked to the collection, production and supplier departments. Working with all these departments gives you a complete picture of how a product is created.
