DISCOVER FASHION IN BANGKOK
Travel with us into the dynamic world of our gap year in Bangkok, where our students had an unforgettable experience. Departing in January, our students explored Bangkok, a city forging its own destiny in the world of fashion. Located in the heart of Asia, Bangkok has become a veritable fashion capital, rivalling such renowned cities as Paris, Milan, Tokyo and New York.
Why Bangkok?
Bangkok is much more than a travel destination. It's a veritable fashion hub, where international brands rub shoulders with ambitious local designers, all eager to make their mark on the fashion industry. The city also hosts Fashion Week, attracting world-renowned designers and Western models. Our students had the unique opportunity to perfect their understanding of the fashion business in this fascinating metropolis.
Partnership with the CIDI Campus
During their 6-week stay, our students were welcomed at the Chanapatana International Design Institute (CIDI), where they followed an intensive program entirely in English. Founded in 2000, CIDI is one of Thailand's leading international design schools.
In addition to these projects, our students discovered the Thai way of life through visits to markets, factories and iconic sites such as temples, waterfalls, islands and beaches. This rich and diverse experience changed them profoundly.
