The Communications Manager (CM) is the specialist who manages the company's communications, both internally and externally. He or she is responsible for enhancing the company's image. It's up to him or her to determine the communication methods to be favored, the values to be promoted or the partners to be associated with, by managing one or more information media.
The CR plays a key role within the company: that of disseminating the brand image and coordinating communications actions. It is the link between management, the media and consumers.
