STUDY TRIP TO NEW YORK 2017-2018

New York-2017-2018

Live from New York!

As part of their Bachelor Styliste Modéliste & Marketing de Mode program, 6 2nd-year students left for Quebec City on January 12, for a 7-week gap year.

This school trip is organized every year as part of our partnership with Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy in Quebec City.

For the students, the trip has multiple objectives: to discover a new culture, enrich their open-mindedness and practice new techniques.

Arriving in Quebec City on Friday in -20° temperatures, Fanny, Sarah, Blair, Clément, Maëva and Johanna gently acclimatized to the weather conditions.

Fortunately, they were all warmly welcomed by the Notre Dame de Foy Campus team: Odette Napert, Hélène Plante, Nancy Vachon, Aline Larose and Sylvie Leblanc. Thank you for your kindness!

Barely had they had time to pack their bags, and the following Monday the students were off again for 6 days in NEW YORK!

First Step: NEW YORK

Organized by our Quebec friends, this trip is an incredible opportunity for young people to discover the city, visit museums and meet its many creators.

This trip is also an opportunity for SUPMODE students to take part in the Première Vision trade show, the world's leading textile event for fashion professionals, and to attend the following conferences:

  • Innovation in Retail and Consumer Experience
  • Stores To The Retail Rescue!
  • Accessories: How To Create an Iconic Product
